I had a delightful stay at this hotel, mainly because of its fantastic location right in the center of Locarno. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, making my time there very enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly service, which I truly appreciated. On the downside, the breakfast options could use some variety, and I did notice a few minor issues with the facilities that made it less than ideal. Overall, it's a great value for money, and I would consider returning.
